Maintenance
Bella Brava will have its own year-round staff for maintenance and security. The entire organization and management will be provided by the property management company. All apartment owners will be obliged to pay an annual maintenance fee. The payment of the maintenance charge is on an annual basis. The maintenance charge for the first year is included in the apartment price. The maintenance includes the following services:
- Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the communal areas
- Expenses for water and electricity of the communal areas
- 24-hour on-site security and reception desk
- Standard repairs arising from the normal use of the building
Property Management
Buyers wishing to benefit from property management services for their apartment can sign a management contract. These services are suitable mostly for owners who are not able to take personal care of their apartments.
Furnishing
Buying furniture for your holiday home is probably one of the most stressful things because it's time consuming. There is an easy way of solving this problem and that is to buy a furniture package. The advantages of doing this are that buying a furniture package means that everything comes included and you don't have to buy all the individual things yourself which can be expensive and time consuming. The developer will offer furniture packs, as almost all furniture has to be imported. The full furniture pack includes everything necessary for the use of the property by owners and tourists, including:
- Beds, sofas, tables
- Television
- Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery
- Linen, towels, bedding etc.
- Lighting
