Payment Plan
You place a reservation deposit €3,000 (£2,000) to prevent your property from being sold to another investor. Within 28 days you start with the stage payments (minus the reservation fee).
- 30% installment payable within 28 days of reservation
- 30% installment payable upon start of construction
- 30% installment payable upon tiling
- 10% installment payable upon completion

The completion of the project is scheduled for late 2010.
